About Image Merger
This image merger combines multiple images into one using the Canvas 2D API locally. It supports horizontal and vertical layouts, with customizable spacing (pixels) and background color (HEX/RGB with alpha). It auto-detects dimensions, calculates canvas size, and supports equal-width or equal-height alignment. Input accepts PNG, JPEG, WebP; output defaults to PNG to preserve alpha.

FAQ
Does it support both horizontal and vertical merging?
Yes. Choose horizontal (left to right) or vertical (top to bottom) layout; canvas dimensions are auto-calculated.
What if image sizes differ?
Images are auto-aligned: horizontal merge aligns to the tallest image height, vertical to the widest width; gaps are filled with background color.
Can I set image spacing?
Yes. Customize spacing in pixels and set background fill color (including transparent); spacing areas show the background color.
What is the output format?
Default is PNG to preserve the alpha channel. If all source images are JPEG, JPEG output is available to reduce file size.
Are images uploaded?
No. All merging runs locally via Canvas drawImage; images never leave your device, safe for private photos.
